If you are in the PNW and find yourself driving in, you will find plenty of parking in the South Lake Union area. There are many garages as well as plenty of street parking.
Check out Parkopedia for garage locations and prices.

SEA-TAC is a great airport to travel in and out of. You can take the train straight into downtown (check out Sound Transit for all the info!), grab an Uber/Lyft, or rent a car if you plan on any adventures outside of the Seattle area.

This hotel is one of the newest additions to the South Lake Union area. We have stayed here twice now and absolutely love it!
Want to add a bit of luxury to your stay? Check out Pan Pacific. While we have not stayed here, we have toured and we absolutely love all the staff and the food. You can really see and feel the five stars.
Moxy is a modern hotel with an eccentric lobby and minimalist rooms. We have stayed here a few times!

This hotel is one we recommend for families. They have kitchens in all the rooms, lots of amenities (a lot that are kid focused and friendly), and some rooms have up to 3 separate bedrooms. We have stayed here twice and the layouts are incredible.
